How Goody helped:
For its 2015 campaign, Earth Hour wanted to highlight how climate change is affecting agriculture and farming practises, and ultimately, our food supply. With 52 recipes contributed by Australia’s top chefs, the cookbook is complimented by farmer stories and information from leading climate change scientists.
It’s a tall order trying to squeeze this much information into a cookbook and remain both relevant and appealing. Earth Hour wanted this to be a family-friendly cookbook; one that would be of interest to families all over the country. With this in mind, Goody Communication had to ensure Planet to Plate had a strong human presence; a way to connect the people who nurture our food, to the ones who craft our food, and finally the ones who consume our food. We wanted to create a clean, contemporary cookbook that focuses on the elements of what makes food great. If you want to read more, click here for some behind the scenes action.
